He is emoting the amount of passion behind this scene describing the battle between Il Duce, the brothers and their rather stupid friend. He’s saying “IT WAS A FIREFIGHT!!” He’s not lamenting - he’s literally so into the moment that he can’t help but dance to the inherent beauty of the violence.
This isn’t a lament. It’s admiration, passion, and awe. Please, for the love of everything that is sacred to storytelling, please stop using this image for something that is completely unrelated.
